The process of urbanization is a process of sustainable development that reflects the transformation of the social structure from rural to urban. In the course of its development and evolution,it has unique natural attributes and historical laws.At present,China is at a rapid stage of development of urbanization, and the "human-centered" new urbanization occupies a new height of the overall goal of urban development.Xinjiang is in a critical period of new-type urbanization and new-type industrialization. It is particularly important to establish a scientific concept of new urbanization. As a necessary place on the Silk Road, the country has identified Xinjiang as the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt. This is both a major challenge and a rare opportunity for Xinjiang's new urbanization development. Therefore, studying the influence factors of Xinjiang's new urbanization in the context of the Silk Road Economic Belt is an important research direction for Xinjiang to grasp new opportunities and achieve new orientation. This paper takes the analysis of the influencing factors of Xinjiang's new urbanization as the starting point.Based on the macro background of the Silk Road Economic Belt,it constructs an indicator system to analyze the impact factors of Xinjiang's new urbanization, and studies the new urbanization level in Xinjiang at the present stage so as to propose reasonable policies. It is recommended to guide the development of new urbanization in Xinjiang. The article first elaborates the basic concepts of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the new urbanization, and proposes the background and research object of this paper.Second, from the current stage of Xinjiang urbanization level analysis including population, economy, ecological environment, urban and rural development and other aspects,on this basis put forward the opportunities and challenges in the development of new urbanization in Xinjiang,to provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of the impact of new urbanization factors.Based on the status quo of Xinjiang's new urbanization, five representative first-class indicators for population transfer, economic development, environmental resources, basic public services, and infrastructure are selected, and on this basis,sub-indicators are further subdivided to build a total of 14 Index system composed of indicators, using statistical software such as SPSS and Eviews,to empirically analyze the influencing factors of Xinjiang's new urbanization, and obtaining 14 elastic index estimates and ranking them according to their importance, explaining their significance, and finally adopting a grey correlation. The analysis verifies the influencing factors after the new type of urbanization has officially started the facility and obtains the analysis result. Finally, with the help of existing data for the years 2000-2016,we use trend extrapolation and quadratic exponential smoothing to make a trend forecast for the future development of urbanization in Xinjiang and the country from 2017 to 2020,and to improve Xinjiang's new towns based on the forecast results. The level of development put forward countermeasures and suggestions, including raising the level of economic development and social public service system, putting people first to show Xinjiang's characteristics, relying on national support and geographical advantages to carry out system innovation, and maintaining social stability and ecological security.
