As China's financial economy has entered the "new normal",with the development of the global financial industry,the traditional network management mode of the rural credit cooperatives has been difficult in the future industry development,and once compared with the domestic and international first-class retail banking outlets,it will be found that China's Rural Credit Cooperatives business outlets management.There are obvious gaps in the distribution of the internal structure of the network,the diversification of dot function area,the network marketing service system and the brand image of the network,and the business outlets of the rural credit cooperatives are the window of the customer image of the external service,which bear the dual responsibility of the business management and brand publicity.Under the influence of the current financial environment,under the support of the provincial united society and the provincial government,it is very important to improve the transformation and upgrading of the business outlets of the rural credit cooperatives from the traditional business model to the improvement of the network layout management,the diversification of the functional area of the network,and the creation of a first-class network marketing service system.This paper through the analysis of the present situation in view of the status of rural credit cooperatives business sites,according to the status of city characteristic and the experience of the successful transformation of other similar credit cooperatives branches ideas as the basis,using the method of literature research and investigation,case analysis method,and combining with the status of rural credit cooperatives network transformation in the background and the characteristics of the network operation and management,through the way of collecting questionnaires or site investigation for rural credit cooperatives in the distribution network,the node function makes management and staff to encourage mechanism and business marketing service system and so on data,the analysis of the deep,Now traditional outlets operation mode of rural credit cooperatives,need to improve,concrete embodiment in the node hardware mode transformation,networkmarketing model transformation,thoughts and soft power transformation,the main problems faced in the process and influence factors to explore network transformation,found status under the current status of rural credit cooperatives outlets transformation of the main problems are: distribution network planning is difficult,slow network marketing service conception change and so on,the influencing factors of network transformation is:The lack of professional talents resources of incomplete,science and technology level,product variety,the lag of the financial pressures,network transformation,need,etc.,this paper will combine the study of domestic and foreign bank branches in the transformation of content and related literature data and the successful experience of network transformation,on the systematic analysis of the problem existing in the solution of the corresponding measures are put forward,such as: Improve network layout,clear network transformation type of target customers,enhance the level of network technology,develops the network characteristic transition,strengthen site staff training and so on,the outlets of rural credit cooperatives precise positioning,from the customer satisfaction level to strengthen ceaselessly,step by step change and complete the transition of the rural credit cooperatives business site goals.The results of this paper show that the most suitable path for the transformation of the business network of rural credit cooperatives in feicheng is to improve the structural adjustment of the layout of the network,diversify the functional areas of the network and build a first-class network marketing service system.At the same time,through the relevant research on the transformation of outlets in this paper,it is expected to give some theoretical support and guiding significance to the transformation of outlets of rural credit cooperatives.
