In recent yeaRs,the domestic economy has achieved remarkable development.In the process,the people have also changed correspondingly in the concept of consumption.In order to better promote the development of banking business,domestic banks will focus on the credit card field,which will lead to a significant increase in market competition.With the development of Internet technology,it has a series of effects on the development of traditional business.How to gain user recognition and increase market share is now the difficulty of the development of major banks.In the research of this paper,the main purpose is to conduct corresponding research on credit card marketing.The purpose is to provide relevant reference for banks in the development of credit card business,promote the development of bank credit card business and improve bank efficiency.In the research of this paper,ZX Bank was selected as the research object,and based on the marketing,the bank credit card sales situation was analyzed in detail to determine its current problems.At the same time,to determine the various factoRs that hinder credit card sales,the analysis of the internal and external environment of the bank in the analysis process is realized by means of PEST,and the SWOT method is used to explore its advantages and disadvantages in marketing.Based on the above analysis and research,combined with the actual situation of the bank to determine the target market corresponding to the credit card business.In addition,in order to better promote the development of credit card business,the combination of products,prices,sales methods and channels in the formulation of marketing strategies.On the other hand,for the implementation of marketing strategy,the corresponding operational principles,implementation plans,assessment methods,team building,etc.are constructed.The purpose is to enable the established marketing strategy to be fully realized by controlling the above aspects.Better promote the development of credit card business.This article explores ZX Bank and gives advice on many aspects of credit card marketing strategy formulation and optimization.The purpose is to improve the bank's internal credit card sales business,so that banks can achieve betterdevelopment and higher business.The research results obtained in this paper can also be applied to other bank credit card marketing fields.
