Since the reform and opening up 30 years,Small and medium enterprises continue to grow.It gradually developed into a major force in promoting economic progress.It has become a fast-growing form of a major economic condition of market economy.It is the backbone of the power of the national economy,Economic output has occupied more than half of China's economy.contribution to solve the problem of employment has made a significant.Forming a typical "long tail."These SMEs are the most low-end supply chain,lack of core competitiveness and their own brand,their management rough and high cost of human resources,These SMEs are often involved in "disorderly competition" and "by the end of the competition." In order to obtain business under long-term development under such severe form,the urgent need to solve two problems: 1.small businesses can not compete with large enterprises on the financial and material resources,it is difficult to secure financing.2.Implementation of small and medium-sized enterprises business from unitary to diversity,from low to high competitive competence,small and medium-sized enterprise is at the intersection of high-speed growth at present,small businesses also need to get business transformation optimization successful for the growth of enterprises,and must further extended enterprise life.Small service companies,as the representative of "vulnerable groups" and the third industry,it get more and more attention in our country,Only by studying the small service business growth of the company,from practice to theory,from specific to general,can draw a small and medium-sized enterprises business growth model,and to study the theoretical basis for the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.As a veteran network ICT companies,it is unforgettable that before and after the company's business transformation.so,in this paper,using this company as the research object,.There are three main issues:1.How earnings growth;2 how to support enterprise development;3.how service enterprises.SMEs must break through to save themselves from within and to growth.1.how to support enterprise development is the root of this article The growth of the business to drive the growth of corporate profits,it is also the panacea for the coming back to life,In today's society,however,there are many different kinds ofservice products and how to choose a tailored for the enterprise business is a critical event.The business must have the feasibility and necessity of its role.2.How to service is the center of this paper.Company has the product,how to service is the absolute truth,as it says that “white cat black cat catch mice is good cat”.It's all around service.In this paper,in the third chapter mail tunnels in company in order to provide better service how packaging of their products,new products introduced in the fifth chapter is how to provide service for the customer.3.How to increase performance is the context of this paper,and throughout the main line.The growth of "one center" is the business update,"two basics" is in two ways,it's also our "two legs",to integrate the existing businesses and resources.Fully tap the value-added services,to develop new business,introduce new products,forging its own exclusive brands,and create their own core competitiveness,to strengthen our services and derivatives,the move does not make a meteoric rise in the industry ICT network.
