National Interest Of Renminbi Internationalization

Since 2009 formally promote Renminbi internationalization in our country,under a series of policies about government management and regulation,the internationalisation of the Renminbi is greatly raised.The renminbi to join the international monetary fund's Special Drawing Rights(SDRS)basket,marks the internationalisation of renminbi on a new step.At present,Renminbi has become the world's third largest trade financing currency,the fifth largest payment currency,the fifth largest foreign exchange currency.Renminbi internationalization is an important national strategy of China,so it inevitably relates to China's national interest.The government's policy of Renminbi internationalization management should be based on national interests,and safeguard the interests of the state for the purpose.Yet current theoretical study of the internationalisation of Renminbi is mainly concentrated in the areas of the economics,little have analysis about the national interests of Renminbi internationalization.This article from the perspective of national interests made a research about Renminbi internationalisation,answered what national interests involved on internationalisation of Renminbi,and the internationalisation of Renminbi management how to affect the interests of Chinese national interests.In this paper,first of all,I clarified the related concepts and theories about the internationalisation of the Renminbi and the interests of the state.I analysis the effects of the current international currency to its country.Then under the guidance of historical experience and monetary internationalization theory,this paper expounds the internationalisation of Renminbi on the national interests and the risk of possible damage to the interests of the state.Then the paper make a further inspection and analysis the government policis on internationalisation of the renminbi to get the influence about the interests of the state.Finally,the author puts forward suggestions for the government about the Renminbi internationalization management for safeguard Chinese national interests.
