Research On Quality Fine Management Strategy Of B Project In A Real Estate Company

The continuous improvement of consumers' demand for real estate quality,the strict supervision of the government on real estate and the drawbacks of previous extensive management have seriously restricted the sustainable development of real estate enterprises.Domestic real estate developers focus on fine management of real estate quality and A real estate company takes B project as a pilot project of fine management in order to expand it domestic market.Taking the construction quality of B project of A Real Estate Company as an example,the paper analyzes the quality problems and reasons of B project in early stage,puts forward suggestions for fine construction quality management strategy and its procedure based on BIM method,and evaluates its implementation performance after carrying out the strategy in B project.Data indicates that the application of BIM technology to implement fine quality management can improves project quality and economic benefits of A company greatly.
