At present,the trend of population aging in China is getting stronger and stronger,and the number and growth rate of the elderly population are among the highest in the world.China's population aging trend has had many impacts on our society,solving the problem of old-age care has become a top priority.For commercial banks,there are fewer financial products designed specifically for the elderly.If commercial banks can discover the business opportunities brought about by the aging population,that is,the financial needs of the elderly,innovate products to meet the needs of consumers,and seize the favorable opportunity,it is possible to take the lead in the retail market of pension finance and create new profit points for commercial banks.At the same time,it can also meet the financial needs of the elderly consumer groups,bring considerable financial benefits to the elderly consumers,and alleviate the problem of old-age care to a certain extent,and ultimately achieve a “win-win” between the bank and the customers.At the beginning of product design,the article sorts out and summarizes relevant research literature at home and abroad,mainly collects relevant information on pricing and design of financial management products of commercial banks,summarizes the characteristics of structural products and commonly used pricing models,introduces product design principles and related basic theories such as option pricing theory to clarify the theoretical basis of the product design process.Then in view of the characteristics of investment and consumption unique to the elderly group,the terms of the product are refined,a structured financial product linked to the Shanghai Gold Exchange gold AU9999 contract — — "Fushouquan" gold AU9999 linked RMB structured financial products was designed.This article also adopts the empirical research method,and designs the fixed income and derivative contracts of the products separately.The closing price of the 405 trading days of the assets before the value date of the product is selected as empirical data,using the stochastic differential equation model and The Monte Carlo simulation method,simulates the price change path of the product and determines the yield of the product in different situations.After the product design is completed,this paper compares the terms and basic conditions of “Fushouquan” old-age structured financial product with otherstructured financial products of the same type,and summarizes the competitive advantages and shortcomings of the wealth management products.Finally,the targeted marketing strategy of product promotion is proposed: product positioning differentiation,sales channel main community,and sales service humanization.
