Research On Value Analysis Of Rice-fish Integrated System In Ruyuan County

The fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee put forward a new concept of “innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing”.It's a important issue to the development of agriculture that how to use modern technology and modern management methods to unify economic,ecological and social benefits in modern agriculture,further expand agricultural functions,increase farmers' income.Because of poor effect,the drawbacks of “simple economic subsidies in poverty-stricken areas” are gradually revealed.It is also difficult to balance economic development with ecological protection.In this paper,with reference to international general CICES ecological service classification standard,rice-fish integrated system of Ruyuan County as the research object,contains 8 indicators of value analysis model is established,and probes into the rice-fish integrated system value calculation method.Compares with the traditional single rice system,comprehensive benefits and poverty alleviation efficiency of the rice-fish integrated system are also discussed.The results showed that the value of the rice-fish integrated system in Ruyuan County was about 231681~279376 RMB/hectare.From the value assessment results,it can be seen that there is a big gap between the values of rice-fish integrated system and single rice farming system,among which the value of supply and temperature regulation is far greater than other values.In addition,compared with the single rice farming system,the direct economic benefits of rice-fish integrated system increased by 24,910 RMB/hectare,an increase of about 101%,and the indirect ecological benefits increased by 20,941 RMB/hectare,about 13.8%.The research results of this paper show that the monetization method can reflect the vitality of traditional ecological agriculture in modern society.As a kind of intangible asset with high income,the policy maker should pay enough attention to the use of this asset and improve the efficiency of asset transformation.These findings also provide reference and research basis for the inheritance of traditional agricultural system technology and the development of poor areas,the establishment of the ecological compensation mechanism of integrated rice and fishery planting and breeding system by policy makers,and the promotion of regional poverty alleviation.
