All kinds of operational risks exist in the operation and development of commercial Banks,among which non-performing loans are one of the most common and widely influential risks.Under the financial crisis in 2008,China adopted loose monetary and fiscal policies to cope with the impact of the financial crisis and correspondingly improve and adjust the economic structure.In this case,there is complexity in the operating environment of commercial Banks.Due to the blindness in credit issuance and extensive management in management,credit risk events of Banks have increased.The gradual emergence of Banks’ risky loans makes the pressure of their non-performing loans increase.In addition,the bank will accelerate the reform and improvement of its regulatory policies and establish more stringent measures.In the new economic and financial environment,Banks are facing great challenges and pressures in the resolution of non-performing loans.How to effectively deal with and deal with non-performing loans has become a major issue that commercial Banks have to consider for their survival and development.In this paper,through the bank of collecting,sorting,analysis of G,ordos nearly six years of non-performing loans,with ordos city unique regional characteristics,financial environment,the combination of analysis has been disposal efficiency measures that exist in the sparkle and deficiency,the disposition way of limitation,put forward the bank efficiency improve the deficiencies and problems at present stage.Based on the current situation,targeted solutions are established to achieve efficient,rapid,reasonable compliance and other effects.This study has certain reference significance in preventing and disposing non-performing loans and promoting the healthy development of operation and management of commercial Banks.
