In recent years,under the influence of the slowdown in world economic growth and the incomplete transformation of domestic growth drivers,the downward pressure on China's economy has increased and the difficulties and risks in economic operation have increased.In the financial market,with the continuous intensification of financial disintermediation and interest rate liberalization,commercial Banks are facing unprecedented challenges and the competition is further intensified.In the business system of commercial Banks,institutional business has gradually become the focus of Banks due to its advantages of large scale,low risk,high customer concentration,stable capital and low cost.As a joint-stock bank with branches in Inner Mongolia in 2010,EB bank is currently facing one of the important issues on how to continuously expand its institutional business in the fierce competitive environment.Based on the bank of EB Hohhot branch institutions as the research object,by using PEST analysis and porter five model,to study the current macro environment analysis,summed up the encountered in business development,the macro environment of good,finance,science and technology demand increasingly strong,choose cooperative bank way more open opportunities as well as the increasing competition,the increasingly strong customer status threats;Then it analyzes the internal competitive environment such as the resources and abilities of the research object,and then summarizes the synergies between financial technology and the group possessed by the business development of the institution,as well as disadvantages such as few physical outlets,insufficient human resources,imperfect performance appraisal,few business qualifications of the institution,and weak customer base.Finally summed up the research object using the SWOT analysis should be taken to the product differentiation and service differentiation,brand differentiation competitive strategy,and formulate the strengthen propaganda,perfect the performance appraisal,improve service ability,strengthen financial technology for passenger capacity and continue to push key areas agency business development strategic safeguard measures,such as work finally realize the rapid development of the institutions.As a first-level commercial bank branch established in Inner Mongolia autonomous region,EB bank Hohhot branch's researchon its institutional business competition strategy will provide reference for other Banks,especially for the formulation of institutional business development strategy of national joint-stock commercial Banks.At the same time,the study on the competitive strategy of the institutional business can improve the service capability and business quality and efficiency of commercial Banks in the institutional business field,thus helping to improve the business processing efficiency and reform process of the institutional customers themselves.
