In the context of the continuous slowdown of China's macro-economic development,China's economic development has entered a new normal,and the state of high-speed development has been transformed into a medium high speed.However,China's private wealth market continues to maintain a high-speed development state.In the development,we can see its infinite potential.With the emergence of various business opportunities,the domestic and foreign commercial banks also give a high degree of attention.The expansion of high net worth customers' assets often leads to their desire for wealth management.In China's private banking market,the competition between domestic and foreign banks is very fierce.Popular financial services are the traditional hot spots in the financial industry in mainland China.However,with the change of the situation,the wealth management of private banks has become the core of the competition.But in the early stage of development,there are many deficiencies in value-added services,customer cultivation,channel construction,market refinement and product research and development.This paper mainly focuses on the actual state of high net worth customer service and financial services of domestic and foreign banks.The specific case is ZS Bank H branch.With the help of service quality test model,the paper evaluates the high net worth customer service level of ZS Bank H branch scientifically and reasonably,and explains the high net worth customer service level of ZS Bank H branch in the actual research On this basis,the main problems in its service are discussed,and the cause analysis is completed in the tracing back to the source.Finally,the targeted construction is given in the promotion strategy of high net worth customer service quality of ZS Bank H branch: the construction of talent team should be strengthened continuously,innovation and optimization should be done in the application system and exclusive service;the customer should be the main research in product R & D Object: to improve the level of value-added services and to innovate continuously.In the exploration of this paper,we can know that ZS Bank H branch is not very good at the quality of high net worth customer service.In the form of continuous fierce market competition,ZS Bank H branch should conduct in-depth analysis of the existing problems,so as to obtain the recognition of customers and better cope with the competitive pressure from all aspects.Of course,this paper expects that the finalresearch conclusions can serve the majority of similar enterprises.
