Research On The Relationship Between Dynamic Capability,Strategic Flexibility And Enterprise Performance

Global economic integration and the rapid development of Internet technol ogy have given rise to many emerging industries.High-tech service industry,as an industry characterized by intensive professional knowledge,low resource co nsumption and high added value,has strongly supported the development of C hina's strategy of becoming a scientific and technological power.The rapid pro gress of science and technology and the constant change of customer value inc rease the dependence of high-tech service enterprises on new and high technolo gies,which makes them sensitive to the changes of external market environme nt,and has higher requirements for enterprises to resist the impact of adverse factors.Therefore,high-tech service enterprises are in a state of "super competi tion" in the dynamic market environment,that is,the technology update freque ncy is fast,the overall impact is much,the market risk is big,and the compet ition between enterprises is fierce.How to obtain sustainable and effective com petitiveness in such a complex and changeable environment is the focus of ma nagement research.At present the research on dynamic capabilities for competitive advantage and strategic flexibility is given priority to,and based on different research per spectives,many scholars define the concept of dynamic capabilities and strategi c flexibility is not unified standard,therefore,in this paper,on the basis of the theory of development,from a process perspective expounds the aggressive ch aracteristics of dynamic capabilities,and strategic flexibility is defined as the d efense mechanism of the enterprise,think that the flexible strategy of dynamic capabilities and enterprise performance between the three analysis is an innova tive subject worth studying relevant theories,this paper combine the above thre e,dynamic capabilities Strategic flexibility can affect the competitive advantage of enterprises,and strategic flexibility plays an intermediary role between dyn amic capability and enterprise performance.This study selected 86 listed high technology service enterprises as the res earch target,using WIND database access to relevant data of 2016-2018,with the introduction of strategic flexibility this mediation variables,to study and pu t forward the hypothesis of regression analysis,thus to explore the flexible stra tegy of dynamic capabilities and enterprise performance relationship between sp ecific role research conclusion is as follows: first,clear the relationship betwee n the role of dynamic capabilities and enterprise performance,especially the op portunity awareness and organizational learning capability to have significant in fluence on the enterprise performance,and the role of innovation ability and e nterprise performance relative was not significant;Secondly,strategic flexibility is positively correlated with enterprise performance.Furthermore,dynamic cap ability can significantly affect strategic flexibility,because the process of dyna mic capability can effectively affect the strategic flexibility of an enterprise.Fi nally,strategic flexibility plays an intermediary role between opportunity perception ability,organizational learning ability and enterprise performance,indicating that strategic flexibility can effectively affect the relationship between dynamic capability and enterprise performance,while strategic flexibility does not play an intermediary role between reform and innovation ability and enterprise perfo rmance.Theoretical model is established in this paper,through literature review to the empirical analysis of the role of the flexible strategy of dynamic capabilitie s and enterprise performance relationship and validate assumptions,provide cert ain theoretical basis for related research also think that dynamic capabilities an d strategic flexibility can produce effect to corporate performance,and strategic flexibility in the dynamic capability and enterprise performance plays a mediat ing role between,for listed high technology service enterprises,to acquire com petitive advantage not only from subjective grasp opportunities,learning and in novation,and effective use of enterprise's strategic flexibility.
