Under the background of comprehensively winning the battle of poverty alleviation and promoting the revitalization of rural areas,as an important support for the industrial poverty alleviation in Qinghai Province,the new agricultural management principal is strongly supported by the government.As the leader of the new agricultural management principal,the leader is very important in the development of the new agricultural management principal.Based on the research method of grounded theory,this paper obtains 56 first-hand interview materials of leaders of new agricultural management principals through face-to-face in-depth interviews,analyzes the original materials by using the professional qualitative analysis software Nvivo12.0,deeply excavates and extracts the key ability of the development of leaders of new agricultural management principals,and constructs the development ability of leaders of new agricultural management principals initial model.At the same time,the in-depth interview data of typical cases of leaders are reviewed repeatedly,and the personality characteristics,key abilities of leaders and the main problems and obstacles encountered by leaders in the process of managing new agricultural business entities are illustrated with coding examples.On this basis,a questionnaire was designed to test the reliability and validity of the leader's self-development ability model,and the initial model was modified and improved.This paper studies the self-development ability of the leaders of the new agricultural management principal in Qinghai province following the thought of "theory-analysis-strategy".Based on the qualitative and quantitative research,this paper constructs a model of the self-development ability of the leaders of the newagricultural management principal,and puts forward suggestions for the leaders at the individual and government levels,aiming at promoting the self-development of the leaders of the new agricultural management principal ability to promote the healthy and sustainable development of new agricultural business entities,and to help poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Finally,the paper summarizes the research,and further analyzes the shortcomings of this study and the future research direction.
