Due to the rapid development of the era of knowledge economy and the complex market operation environment,innovation has become the fundamental foothold and survival of enterprises,and innovative talents are the source and power of innovative enterprises.Therefore,the key for enterprises to be in a favorable position in the competition is how to tap the internal potential of employees.According to relevant literatures at home and abroad,the factors that affect the innovation behavior of employees mainly include the individual psychological factors,work characteristics and organizational situation factors.In the past,many scholars focused on the psychological characteristics of employees and neglected the influence of organizational factors on employees' innovative behaviors.Therefore,based on the self-determination theory,this paper constructs a research model with the high performance work system as the antecedent variable,psychological authorization as the intermediary variable,and innovation behavior as the outcome variable,and puts forward the corresponding hypothesis.Based on the perspective of self-determination,through 30 companies of liaoning province 30 human resources managers and 401 employees matching questionnaire survey,data statistics and analysis by spss25 and HLM6.0,adopt the method of hierarchical data,explores the high performance work system innovation behavior relationship with employees,and probes into the action mechanism between the two,namely the mediating role of psychological authorized.The results show that :(1)the high performance work system positively affects the innovation behavior of employees;(2)the high performance work system positively affects the psychological authorization of employees;(3)psychological authorization positively affects the innovation behavior of employees;(4)psychological authorization plays a part in mediating between the high performance work system and the innovation behavior of employees.To establish a feasible and effective high performance work systems,will be to enterprise staff's psychology and behavior have a positive impact,the enterprise should also attaches great importance to the employees' psychological authorization,let employees to express their true thoughts,feel the meaning of real feeling,increase the staff's enthusiasm and initiative,so as to generate more creativeideas,improve the work efficiency and organization performance will also increase.
