Research On Negotiations On Rules Of Origin For China-Japan-Korea FTA Goods

In recent years,there are more and more countries have signed various regional trade agreements to counteract the negative impact of economic globalization.And as an important part,preferential rules of origin have attracted attention from all nations.At present,there is no uniform model of preferential origin rules around the world.So it could be signed flexibly according to the negotiation,which has increasingly made it become the important means of trade protectionism in various countries.Since the resumption of the China-Japan-Korea FTA(Free Trade Area),it has now begun the negotiations such as cargo rules.Due to the differences of the content of international trade between China,Japan and Korea,the negotiations of the preferential rules of origin have also become a major difficulty.This paper compares the ROO in three countries' documents and the signed regional trade agreements,and summaries the differences between the three countries,and then proposes solutions,hoping to promote the process of the China-Japan-Korea FTA.
