Analysis On The Factors Of Trade Secret Leakage And Research On Management Strategy

With the rapid development of science and technology,new technologies such as networking,informatization,big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence have exerted a profound impact on all walks of life.Based on this situation,great changes have taken place in information technology such as the manifestations,storage forms,quantity,scale and the mode of transmission.In the current era,for each country and enterprise,information is the most valuable resource in the fierce competition of science and technology.For enterprises,trade secret information has become a more and more important intangible asset.Because of its objective commercial value,trade secrets not only bring unlimited economic potential to enterprises,but also play a role as secret weapons for enterprises to gain huge competitive advantages.The leakage of trade secrets will bring huge business risks to enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary for enterprises to study the risk management to prevent business secrets leaking.This paper is devoted to exploring the factors that lead to the leak of business secrets.In the light of the lack of secret management research,this paper focuses on the management of business secrets from the standpoint of enterprises,rather than the macro-legal system.By using literature analysis,case analysis,questionnaire survey,interview survey and statistical analysis methods,this paper mainly studies the following problems:(1)identifying and extracting the influencing factors of secret leakage;(2)figuring out the influence degree of various leakage factors;(3)finding out the main factors of leakage risk and providing enterprises management strategy to prevent secret leakage.Through this research,we have a thorough understanding of the current situation and problems of the protection of business secrets in enterprises in China.We have found that the four main factors are the basic guarantee ability of business secrets management,the supervisory ability and satisfaction level of secret-related personnel,the promotion of confidential publicity and education,and the external factors of enterprises.We also provide countermeasures and proposal for enterprises about confidentiality guiding framework,confidentiality regulation system,secret-related personnel management,risk prevention and emergency disposal mechanism.
