In recent years, the total volume of global telecommunications services and the demand of customers for data traffic have increased rapidly, while the revenue of telecommunication operators has grown slowly.Content/service providers gain a lot of benefits through personalized services according to the preferences and demands of customers without bearing the infrastructure construction costs.Faced with the competition of service providers for the dominance of customers, telecommunication operators need a new traffic plan to ensure the increase of revenue. This thesis proposes the joint bundling strategy with service providers for telecommunication operators.Telecommunication operators that adopt the joint bundling strategy will bundle the services of service providers in the traditional traffic packages,so as to meet the needs of customers and improve the revenue of telecommunication operators.Firstly, this thesis studies the bundling strategies between telecommunication operators and content/service providers in the monopolistic market.By comparing the revenue of telecommunication operators and content/service providers between traditional traffic operation mode and the joint bundling operation mode,it is found that operators can guarantee the maximum revenue increase by controlling the bundled content of the bundling package.Secondly, this thesis is to study whether telecommunication operators should change to the joint bundling operation mode when the competitors' operation mode is determined. The conclusion shows that no matter what traffic operation mode the competitors adopt, the operators can guarantee the maximum profit increase by controlling the bundled content of the bundling package. When the competitors adopt the traditional traffic operation mode, the operator's transformation of the operation mode is greatly affected by the consumption habits of low-level consumers,so the operator needs to meet the needs of low-level customers first.
