Study On The Evaluation And Spatial Pattern Of Land Intensive Use In Jiujiang Central City

Taking Jiujiang central city as the research area,the intensive land use of Jiujiang central city in 2015 was studied.The multi factor comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the land intensive use level of various functional area in Jiujiang central city.Based on the analysis of geospatial data by arcgis10.2 and geoda095 i software,the spatial pattern characteristics of functional area in Jiujiang central city are quantitatively analyzed by circle analysis and equal sector analysis.The global trend analysis method is used to analyze the spatial change trend of land intensive use in functional area.Quantitative analysis of the spatial pattern characteristics of urban land intensive use in Jiujiang central city with spatial autocorrelation analysis,;using spss20.0 software and stepwise regression analysis method to determine the factors that significantly affect the land intensive use of various functional area.The results show that:(1)Residential functional area,commercial functional area,administrative and office functional area and education functional area have centripetal agglomeration characteristics,industrial functional area and other functional area have outer edge agglomeration characteristics;residential functional area,commercial functional area,industrial functional area and other functional area are concentrated in the north of the Yangtze River,administrative office functional area are concentrated in the Northeast southwest direction,education function area are concentrated in the south.(2)The residential functional area are mainly intensive use area and medium use area,which are mainly distributed in Gantang street,Wuli street and Shili street;the commercial functional area are mainly medium use area,which are mainly distributed in Wuli street;the intensive use area of industrial functional area are mainly distributed in Xingang Town,medium use area are mainly distributed in Yong'an Township,the low use area are mainly located in Xingang town,Yong'an township and Jinjipo Street;the education functional area are mainly concentrated in intensive use area,which are mainly distributed in Gantang street,Shili street and Wuli street;the intensive use area of the administrative office functional area are mainly distributed in Lianhua Town,the medium use area are mainly distributed in Wuli street,the low use area are mainly distributed in Gantang street,Lianhua town and Wuli street;the other functional area are mainly low use area.,which are mainly concentrated in Yong'an township.(3)On the whole,the score of land intensive use is high in the middle and low around.(4)The land intensive use scores of residential functional area,commercial functional area and industrial functional area are characterized by spatial agglomeration;the high-value area of land intensive use scores of residential functional area are concentrated in the South and north of Lianxi district and the west of Xunyang District,the high-value area of land intensive use scores of commercial functional area are concentrated in the vicinity of Ganshang Lake Street and Binjiang street of Xunyang District,and the high-value area of land intensive use scores of industrial functional area are concentrated are concentrated inthe ecological industrial city of Lianxi District in the south of the city.(5)The comprehensive plot ratio and building density in the residential functional area have a significant impact on the land intensive use level in the low use area and medium use area,and the infrastructure completeness has a significant impact on the land intensive use level in the intensive use area;the comprehensive plot ratio and building density in the industrial functional area have a significant impact on the land intensive use level in the the low use area and medium use area,while the comprehensive plot ratio has a significant impact on the level of land intensive use in intensive use area;the comprehensive plot ratio and building density in the commercial functional area affect the level of land intensive use significantly;the comprehensive plot ratio in the administrative functional area and other functional area affect the level of land intensive use significantly;the infrastructure readiness in the education functional area affects the level of land intensive use significantly.
