Evaluation And Optimization Of Internal Control In Pharmaceutical Enterprises From The Perspective Of Life Cycle

In October 2017,the Party's 19 th National Congress Report proposed the implementation of the “Healthy China” strategy,and pointed out that “people's health is an important symbol of national prosperity”,which reflects our party's understanding of the important value and role of people's health has been reached a new height.However,pharmaceutical companies that play an important role in people's health are faced with multiple threats.The failure of internal control has become an important factor hindering the sustainable development of enterprises.Strengthening internal control has become an important method to promote the sustainable development of pharmaceutical companies in China.The enterprise life cycle theory regards the enterprise as an organic living body,and it will experience the initial stage,the growth stage,the maturity stage and the recession period.There are also certain differences in the business activities,operational risks and internal controls of enterprises under different stages of development.This paper will study the internal control evaluation and optimization of pharmaceutical companies based on the life cycle perspective,in particular:First of all,the author reviews and comments on the relevant documents of the enterprise life cycle division standard,the internal control of the pharmaceutical enterprise,the internal control of the enterprise from the perspective of life cycle and the index design of the internal control evaluation system of the enterprise.Secondly,this paper studies theoretically and lays a foundation for the following article.Then,divides the life cycle of the pharmaceutical enterprises and through the previous goal oriented internal control evaluation index system of selecting and using Global Principal Component Analysis(GPCA)to build model,get the pharmaceutical enterprise in different life cycle of the internal control evaluation results,and further analysis of the internal control strength and weakness of different stages of development in the pharmaceutical enterprises.Then,this paper selects HISUN Pharmaceutical as a case enterprise,compares the internal control characteristics of HISUNwith the industry,and believes that HISUN has certain industry representativeness and deeply studies internal control defects and causes of HISUN in different life cycles,and propose optimization suggestions for HISUN's internal control in different life cycles.That is,it should focus on improving business activity control,establishing risk assessment mechanism and increasing internal supervision and inspection during the growth period;the maturity stage should focus on strengthening subsidiary control;the recession period should focus on improving the ability of risk assessment,improving the control environment and strengthening information disclosure management.Finally,this paper summarizes the research conclusions of the internal control characteristics of pharmaceutical companies under different life cycles,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the internal control optimization of pharmaceutical companies under different life cycles.
