Research On T Group Asset Operation Efficiency

In the enterprise financial management,the operational management capability has received more and more attention as an important indicator.With the globalization of the economy,the development of the enterprise has more opportunities and risks.As the scale of the enterprise expands,the assets accumulate.The flow of funds is also relatively frequent.Under such a status quo,the management of corporate asset operations is highlighted and becomes crucial.Through the management of enterprise operations and the optimization of asset utilization,not only can the normal production and operation activities of the enterprise be more efficient,but also the use of funds can be rationally optimized,the cost in the operation process can be reduced,and the enterprise asset turnover capacity can be increased.In this paper,DEA data envelopment analysis method is used to study asset operation.The research finds that the efficiency of T Group's asset operation is at the middle level of the industry,but in recent years,from 2013 to 2017,it shows a downward trend,especially with a significant gap from the leading enterprises in the industry.The analysis shows that the problem of asset utilization efficiency of T Group is mainly manifested in the decline of income and the investment of a large number of fixed assets.Through analysis,it is found that:(1)T Group's sales of telecommunications products have dropped dramatically due to market changes;(2)T Group carries out industrial integration upgrading and transformation,invests a large amount of Huaxing Optoelectronics capital to upgrade and replace its product line;(3)T Group's household appliances products lack competitive sales growth.Through the analysis of T Group's asset operation and management,this paper argues that T Group's diversified product layout is unsuccessful.The product layout is broad but lacks core competitiveness,and has not played its due scale effect and synergistic effect.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in asset operation,this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of asset operation in supply,production and marketing links of the company.In a word,through the discussion of this paper,it is expected that it will play a minor role in the study of the theory and practice of enterprise's asset operation management.
