What is the mechanism of this change? And so on.That is to say,in the early stage,through literature analysis,Which about the relevant literature of poverty alleviation organized by "Fang Hui Ju" was analyzed,and its basic connotation and development status were preliminarily grasped.Then combined with the actual situation of this study,the theoretical framework and research background are established to sort out the research ideas.In the middle stage,Immersing myself in the field,and comprehensively use observation an interview methods to understand the poverty alleviation behavior and the change of villagers' social behavior and concept of K village's "Fang Hui Ju" organization: This paper respectively analyzes the series of poverty alleviation behaviors carried out by the local "Fang Hui Ju" organization from four dimensions of economic technology,cultural technology,political technology and symbolic technology,as well as the corresponding changes of villagers' social behavior and concept to deconstruct.It is found that the "Fang Hui Ju" organization,on behalf of the state,uses resources(including political,economic and cultural resources)to break the original relatively closed state of the K village geo community,and make it move towards the modern industrial and commercial economic society;as a result,villagers gradually move out of the original geo community,towards the economic community or professional community outside the geo community,thus promoting the areas inhabited by ethnic minorities with less population Social differentiation,division of labor and outward development.In the long run,it promotes the formation of multi-ethnic and diversified new social relations among local villagers.In a word,the division of labor within the economic community,together with the value competition of capital and resources and the tendency of social reciprocity,has prompted local villagers to start social interaction and cooperation under the control of desire.Under the background of "Fang Hui Ju" to organize political community to ensure fairness and personal rationality,the division of labor,competition and cooperation continue to drive good development,and the exchanges and exchanges of all ethnic groups blend With continuous deepening,the new benign relationship between cadres and masses,cooperation,contract and competition began to form,thus achieving the ideal effect of social "organic unity".In the long run,the interweaving and interconnection between the "communities" and the deepening of national exchanges and exchanges are the proper meaning and development path of building up the community consciousness of the Chinese nation.In this context.This paper can not only share the experience and wisdom of local poverty alleviation in village K,but also provide some enlightenment for the exploration of how to cast a solid awareness of the Chinese national community.
