| Coming of the era of big data,information,globalization provides a strong incentive for the development of social science and technology and opportunities at the same time,also for the computer industry emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence have brought huge challenges,enterprise environment intensified competition,in order to survive and stand out in the fierce competition environment,enterprises need to constantly promote the research of technology innovation,and maintain its core competitiveness.Enterprise senior managers in promoting their own technological innovation plays an irreplaceable role in this process,in fact,enterprise development direction and important activities indispensable important operator,however,because the enterprise research and development innovation has high yield and also has a high risk,long return cycle and unfavorable factors such as income uncertainty is likely to affect senior managers and business performance by linking the interests of the individual,and senior managers may therefore,sacrifice enterprise long-term interests,therefore,how to motivate the enterprise senior managers promote the research of enterprise technology innovation,It is an important issue worth pondering and exploring to improve the enthusiasm of enterprise R&D innovation activities.IFLYTEK is not only a representative enterprise in the computer application service industry,but also a high-tech enterprise.IFLYTEK’s implementation of the executive incentive mode on the impact of enterprise research and development innovation is worth attention,and has important reference significance for the industry.This paper takes IFLYTEK’s executive incentive program as a case study,and using literature research and case study to analyze the impact of IFLYTEK’s executive incentive program on corporate R&D and innovation.First of all,from the influence factors of research and development of high and new technology enterprise innovation research,the relationship between executive incentive and enterprise research and development innovation and the influence of executive incentive for innovation,combing the literature of corporate executives,executive incentive and defining the concepts of enterprise innovation,expounds the principal-agent,tournament,executive incentive and innovation theory,the research and development of high and new technology enterprise innovation incentives to comb;Secondly,the development history and business scope of IFLYTEK are introduced,and the schemes of executive compensation incentive and equity incentive implemented by IFLYTEK are systematically analyzed.The research and development innovation of IFLYTEK is briefly introduced and analyzed from the aspects of research and development expenses,R&D personnel input and R&D innovation output.Finally,from the executive compensation incentive and equity incentive research and analysis of IFLYTEK’s implementation of the executive incentive under the enterprise R&D innovation situation,summed up the impact of executive incentive on the company’s R&D innovation and the corresponding problems,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.Through the case study of IFLYTEK’s executive incentive,the following conclusions can be drawn :(1)IFLYTEK’s executive incentive can mobilize the enthusiasm of senior executives to promote the innovation activities of enterprises’ R&D,improve the willingness of senior executives to improve the investment and output of enterprises’ R&D,and thus enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises;(2)the correlation between the level of compensation incentive and the business performance of enterprises is too strong.While effectively combining the interests of enterprises and the interests of executives to promote the business performance of enterprises,to some extent,it hinders the initiative and enthusiasm of executives to promote the R&D innovation of enterprises.(3)there are loopholes in the design of performance assessment standards of equity incentive.While setting indicators related to enterprise R&D and innovation,the relationship between these indicators and enterprise operating performance should be paid attention to.Countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward according to the conclusion :(1)design a reasonable and effective incentive system for senior executives;(2)improve the internal governance structure of the company;(3)improve the equity incentive system to effectively improve the equity incentive effect;(4)improve the performance appraisal mechanism of equity incentive effect;(5)timely tracking the implementation effect of equity incentive and other Suggestions.This paper takes IFLYTEK’s executive incentive as a case study to study its impact on enterprise R&D innovation,which can promote IFLYTEK to design a reasonable and effective executive incentive mechanism,improve IFLYTEKs R&D innovation ability,and provide reference for other enterprises in the industry. |
