This paper focuses on the phenomenon of psychological contract breach that are common in current enterprises.It discusses the regret degree of enterprise employees for their original career choice decision after they perceive the breach of the psychological contract,and explores the moderating effect of resilience in the process of enterprise employees' psychological contract breach on career choice decision regret.Based on the valid data of 353 enterprise employees,this study adopts the "Psychological Contract Scale" compiled by Chinese scholar Li Yuan,and the "Resilience Scale" revised by Yu Xiaonan and Zhang Jianxin.The measurement of enterprise employees' career choice decision regret is based on "emotional measurement".The results indicates that:1.The total score of psychological contract breach of enterprise employees and the scores of each dimension are significantly different in age.The degree of psychological contract breach perceived by older enterprise employees is higher than that of younger enterprise employees.There is a significant difference in the total score of psychological contract breach,interpersonal dimension scores,and developmental dimension scores of enterprise employees in whether they have children.The degree of psychological contract breach perceived by enterprise employees of with children is higher than that of enterprise employees without children.There is no significant difference in the normative dimension score of psychological contract breach between enterprise employees with or without children.The normative dimension scores of enterprise employees' psychological contract breach are significantly different in the nature of work units.The degree of psychological contract breach perceived by enterprise employees in private enterprises is higher than that of enterprise employees in state-owned enterprises.There are no significant differences in the nature of work units in the total score of psychological contract breach,interpersonal dimension scores and developmental dimension scores of enterprise employees.There are significant differences in the total score and each dimension scores of psychological contract breach among enterprise employees in terms of length of service.The degree of psychological contract breach perceived by enterprise employees with higher seniority is stronger than that of enterprise employees with lower seniority.There are no significant differences in the total score of enterprise employees' psychological contract breach and scores in each dimension in terms of gender,resident location,marital status,and salary level.2.There is a significant difference in regret scores of enterprise employees' career choice decision in the permanent places.The regret degree of enterprise employees whose permanent places are cities is higher than that of enterprise employees whose permanent places are rural and urban.There is a significant difference in the regret scores of enterprise employees on whether they have children,and the regret degree of enterprise employees with children is higher than that of enterprise employees without children.There are no significant differences in regret scores of enterprise employees' career choice decision in terms of gender,age,marital status,the nature of the work unit,working age,and salary level.3.The total score of resilience,strength dimension score and toughness dimension score of enterprise employees are significantly different in gender.The level of male enterprise employees' resilience is higher than that of female enterprise employees,and there is no significant difference in the optimism dimension score of resilience between male and female enterprise employees.There are significant differences in the total score of resilience and the toughness dimension score of enterprise employees in terms of age.The resilience level of enterprise employees with lower age is stronger than that of enterprise employees with higher age.There is no significant difference in age between the strength dimension scores and optimism scores.There is no significant difference in the total score of enterprise employees' resilience and the scores of each dimension in their permanent residence,marital status,whether they have children,nature of work unit,length of service and salary level.4.Enterprise employees' psychological contract breach has a positive predictive effect on career choice decision regret.The higher the degree of psychological contract breach perceived by enterprise employees,the higher the degree of career choice decision regret it produces.5.Resilience plays a moderating role in the impact of psychological contract breach on career choice decision regret.Compared with the enterprise employees with low resilience,the enterprise employees with high resilience can have lower regret degree in career decision-making.Also,with the increase of the degree of psychological contract breach,enterprise employees with high level of resilience will have a lower degree of regret increment in career decision-making.
