Liquor is a special kind of liquor in China,which has a long history and unique national cultural connotation.The development of liquor industry in China presents the characteristics of "spiral" development.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the liquor industry has been seriously impacted by various policies of restrictions on the consumption of liquor by the state,which has greatly affected the sales of liquor and led to a rapid decline in the sales of liquor.Luzhou LaoJiao Co.,Ltd(stock code: 000568),one of the leaders in the liquor industry,has not been able to escape this fate.However,liquor industry has a strong foundation in China,and people's demand for liquor industry is still strong.In the second half of 2016,the liquor industry began to recover due to the increase of high-end users' liquor demand,which led to the growth of the overall revenue and profit of the liquor industry.This paper first gives a preliminary overview of the development of liquor industry and Luzhou Laojiao,to understand the position of Luzhou Laojiao in the industry as well as its scale and status.Secondly,the four steps of strategy analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis in the framework of harvard are combined with the financial statements of Luzhou Laojiao company for quantitative and qualitative analysis.In the strategic analysis,PEST analysis tool,five forces model analysis tool and SWOT analysis tool are mainly used to analyze the internal and external environment of Luzhou Laojiao.In accounting analysis and financial analysis,ratio analysis,comparative analysis and trend analysis are mainly used to analyze the data in the financial statements of Luzhou LaoJiao Co.,Ltd.In the horizontal aspect,the financial data of guizhou moutai and wuliangye were analyzed.In the vertical aspect,the financial data of Luzhou Laojiao from 2014 to 2018 were analyzed.Finally,based on the foundation of strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis,the prospects of Luzhou Laojiao company are predicted,and the risks and challenges in industry,policy and market that Luzhou laojiao company may encounter in its future development are analyzed.Finally,through the relevant financial and comprehensive analysis conclusions,and combined with the environmental protection problems,financial problems,business decision-making problems in the development of Luzhou Laojiao project,put forward the corresponding opinions and suggestions,hoping to have a certain reference significance for the development of Luzhou Laojiao and the whole liquor industry.
