General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that “taking innovation is to grasp development,and innovation is to seek the future.” Innovation is crucial for the development of enterprises.The research content of this thesis is mainly about the construction of the innovative brand ecosystem of Y Company and the evaluation consulting industry,which is highly echoed by the concept of “innovation” proposed by President Xi.Any country,enterprise,or even every citizen around you should make innovation an important starting point if it wants to develop.Innovation is the basis of survival and development,and provides a source for sustainable and healthy development of the social economy.Motivation,on the sustainable development of enterprises,especially how to innovate corporate brand strategy,deserves in-depth study.Y company's vision "to build a century-old store,striving for a world-class consulting brand",this paper analyzes the research on the brand strategy innovation practice,innovation system and innovation brand ecosystem of Y company,on the basis of which Y company brand ecology is proposed.System improvement and optimization opinions and evaluation of the innovative brand ecosystem construction paradigm in the consulting industry,with a view to positively promoting the development of brand strategy innovation in Y company and evaluation consulting industry.This paper adopts the combination of theory and empirical analysis method,based on the theory and practice research ideas,based on brand innovation,brand ecosystem and innovation ecosystem theory,through the empirical analysis of Y company,proposes the perfection of Y company brand ecosystem.And to optimize the opinions,I hope to explore the road to the creation of a century-old store from the perspective of innovation.
