The Optimization Research Of Material Management For New Product Import In Utss Company

With the aggregation of big data and the application of the Internet,customer expectations are constantly increasing.In order to enhance core competitiveness,enterprises are actively promoting the development of new products.The development of new products is the basis for enterprises to continue to develop and a strong guarantee for enterprises to participate in market competition.It's important to ensure the smooth progress of new product trial production,and shorten the lead time of new product.In this environment,this paper makes a thorough study on the material supply management in the process of new product introduction.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and sorts out relevant documents at home and abroad,get the information of the new product introduction theory and material supply theory,and summarizes the main tools and methods.Secondly,the current situation of material supply for new products imported by UTSS,identify the actual situation of trial production process,material plan inquiry,order processing and purchase,material design change.And the main problems are summarized and the reasons are analyzed.Thirdly,combined with the current situation of the material supply of the new product introduction of the UTSS,the optimization scheme of the material supply in the process of new product introduction is designed by using theoretical tools such as ABC classification,supplier localization and DFM theory.The implementation plan will be promoted to achieve the company's new product project material supply management.Finally,the safeguard measures for the implementation of the scheme are put forward.Reasonable safeguard measures and curing process system are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme.
