Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Rural Inclusive Financial Development In Hunan Province

Rural finance is an important part of the development of market economy.It directly affects the rise and fall of related industries in rural areas and the development requirements of residents.With the development of the strategy of precision poverty alleviation and revitalization of rural areas,the development of rural inclusive finance has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the background of the times,taking the influencing factors of rural Inclusive Finance in Hunan Province as the research object,this paper studies the development of rural Inclusive Finance in Hunan Province.Firstly,through theoretical background research,this paper elaborates the meaning of rural Inclusive Finance and the basic viewpoints and views of domestic and foreign academic circles;secondly,based on the theory of financial resources and development,Financial Exclusion and development,financial structure and development theory,and the theory of supply and demand balance of rural financial market,this paper makes a thorough study on the development of rural inclusive finance,and puts forward Hunan rural inclusive fund.Influencing factors in the process of financial development can be divided into three levels: policy,market and supporting construction.The mechanism of influencing factors is analyzed and explained.Then,by summing up the questionnaire data on the development of inclusive rural finance in Hunan Province,empirical regression analysis is carried out by using statistical software,and the test is carried out based on confusion matrix from multiple perspectives.This paper evaluates and tests the impact of a series of factors on the development of inclusive rural finance in Hunan Province,and verifies the correctness of the three factors mentioned above.Finally,based on the conclusions of the previous study,combined with the actual situation of rural areas in Hunan Province,this paper puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions for the development of inclusive rural finance in Hunan Province.
