Research On Post-invest Management Of Venture Capital

Although the concept of post-invest management as early as 30 years ago was first mentioned,according to PWC report,the post-investment management was voted as VC / PE involved in the management of enterprises to achieve value-added process,so that postinvest management will become Fund’s core competitiveness,and gradually show a new profit model.This concept until the end of 2013 began to gradually be valued by the investment institutions.Post-invest management is an important part of the project investment cycle.In the current competitive market environment,it is necessary to pay more attention to the performance improvement in order to achieve the benefits of the investment institutions.On the basis of theoretical summary and literature review,this paper takes VX’s postinvest management as an example,by using value chain analysis of venture capital institutions,expounds the concepts,characteristics,significance,implementation approach,content and operation mechanism of venture capital investment management.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the post-invest management needs of invested enterprise.Points out the problems existing in the post-invest management of VX company,analyze causes of the problem,earn and refer to distinctive and innovative post-invest management method of peer venture capital institutions(matrix partners,IDG capital,innovation works,etc.)propound the suggestions for the improvement of post-vote management of VX company.Through the research on the post-invest management of VX company,the paper puts forward the enlightenment to the post-invest management of the domestic peers.
