The Study Of DH Logistics Company Internal Control Evaluation

With the rapid development of global economy,international trade friction is becoming more and more frequent.Logistics enterprises are facing various risks and challenges in the process of development.More and more scholars and managers attach importance to the theory and practice of internal control because of its importance to modern enterprise management.At present,some scholars have focused on the evaluation system of internal control in logistics industry,but only theoretical guidance is not enough.We need to evaluate the implementation status of internal control by establishing internal control system and analyzing the implementation results of internal control.In this paper,22 qualitative indicators of DH Logistics Company are selected to form an evaluation index system,and two evaluation models are used to evaluate them comprehensively.The qualitative evaluation is transformed into a quantitative evaluation that can be measured intuitively.The evaluation results of DH Logistics Enterprises in internal environment construction and internal supervision and execution are better,while the scores of risk assessment,control activities and information and communication are slightly worse.The evaluation results can help managers better understand the status quo of DH logistics internal control,understand the importance of various factors,and guide the healthy development of enterprises.The focus of this paper is to put forward specific improvement measures based on the results of the evaluation system.In view of the bad situation of internal control of DH logistics,the paper puts forward internal control promotion measures led by enterprise governance,including internal environment optimization based on enterprise governance structure,risk prevention and control optimization based on risk identification and information communication optimization based on platform construction.
