China's rapid economic growth has promoted the rise of national income,and has also led to the rise of the pet market in China.More and more families in China have begun to buy and keep all kinds of family pets and regard them as one of their family members,so they will also provide them with more comfortable living conditions,especially in the daily diet of pets,pet owners will also be very concerned about food safety and nutritional balance.Therefore,the domestic pet food market began to show the momentum of rapid development.RX Company has been in the forefront of the industry by virtue of high-quality products and professional sales model,realizing the double growth of enterprise size and profit.However,with the increasing number of domestic pet food brands,the sales performance of RX Pet Food Company began to decline.Coupled with the slowdown in China's economic growth,the domestic pet food market has also shrunk,so RX Pet Food Company.began to have a marketing crisis.This paper will take the development of domestic pet food market as the research background,take the current marketing crisis of RX Pet Food Company as the research object,first fully integrate the relevant literature,theory and model of domestic and foreign marketing,and then analyze the real marketing situation of RX Pet Food Company,especially the external environment and internal resources of the company.The root cause of the current crisis is found: the promotion mode is not comprehensive,the product setting is not scientific,the price positioning is unreasonable,the channel development is not perfect.All these problems work together to lead to the continuous deterioration of the marketing situation of RX Pet Food Company.Finally,with the help of SWOT analysis and STP analysis,combined with the actual business situation of RX Pet Food Company,the paper formulates a new scientific and effective marketing scheme for RX Pet Food Company,which helps RX Pet Food Company get rid of the problems caused by the marketing crisis and effectively enhance the core competitiveness and brand value of RX Pet Food Company.The research results of paper can not only help RX Pet Food Company get rid of the problems caused by the marketing crisis,but also help other companies in the industry to solve similar marketing problems.
