Research On The Motivation And Effect Of Commercial Banks To Issue The Green Bonds

From the international concept of sustainable development to the issuance of green bond principles,and China’s introduction of the establishment of green financial system to the final definition of the investment scope of green bonds,all indicate that green development has become the focus of the world,green bonds as an innovative green financial products.China’s green bond market started later than that of foreign countries.At prers ent,the research on green bond mainly focuses on the market development,summarizes the development experience of foreign green bond market,and draws inspiration for China’s development of green bond.In this paper,the whole process of issuing green bonds by Guangdong huaxing bank is selected as the actual research object.Firstly,the background and significance of the topic selection are analyzed thronugh literature research method,and the research theories on green bonds at home and abroad are classified and summarized.The background of issuing green bonds of Guangdong huaxing bank was analyzed by referring to the relevant group report,the announcement of tihe green bonds issued by Guangdong huaxing bank and the summary of the meeting.And then through the case study method,preparation for Guangdong huaxing Banks to issue green bondss bonds issued green,green bonds the main results are studied,such as the actual situation of the Guangdong huaxing Banks offering real full,finally whether the whole process of research conclusions and policy Suggestions are presented.In this paper,the study found that Guangdong huaxing bank as small and medium-sized city commercial Banks in China,the positive response national policy,social responsibility,quickly opened the green bonds preparations,including standards for assessment of the green project,set up green financial management system,to set up the green bonds to raise funds system,passed the certification of professional organizations and so on.The successful issuance of green bonds not only promotes the improvement of corporate governance philosophy and culture and innovates corporate business,but also provides green financing for enterprises and promotes the development of China’s green bond market.
