Study On The Development Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Longde County Of Ningxia

As a new production and management system of rural economic development,farmers' professional cooperatives play an important role in promoting rural revitalization,increasing farmers' income and promoting the development of agricultural industrialization.This paper takes Longde County of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as the research object,on the basis of summarizing and combing the domestic and foreign literature on the development of farmers' professional cooperatives,and based on the theory of agricultural industrialization and sustainable development,studies the development and existing problems of farmers' professional cooperatives in Longde County,Ningxia.The methodology of questionnaire survey was used by randomly selecting the samples of farmers' professional cooperatives in four towns of Longde County to carry out the survey on the operation and management of cooperatives.Based on the questionnaire survey and data analysis.We have a deep understanding of the number,scale distribution,formation mode and development characteristics of farmers' professional cooperatives in Longde county.In recent years,under the leadership of the Party branch,the farmers' professional cooperatives in Longde County have actively mobilized the participation of villagers.The development of farmers' professional cooperatives shows the characteristics of industrialization and diversification.In order to make a comprehensive analysis of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Longde County,this paper makes a SWOT analysis of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Longde County,and obtains the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Longde county.It provides corresponding reference opinions for promoting the development of farmers' professional cooperatives:First of all,the advantages of agricultural location,rich natural resources,strong foundation of agricultural industry,and strong government support.However,there are also disadvantages of farmers' professional cooperatives in Longde County,such as low level of standardized operation,nominal development of cooperatives,lack of professional and technical personnel,lack of project financial support,difficulties in integrating agricultural resources,and low level of development.Therefore,how to grasp the opportunity of national development and opening-up strategy to create service industry development and national relevant policy support,better meet the challenges of development environment,grass-roots organization democratic construction and so on,and then explore the development advantages and make up for the shortcomings has become the focus of this paper.Based on the research and summary of the development experience of farmers' professional cooperatives at home and abroad,such as Germany,Japan,Liupanshui,Guizhou,and Qingshui County,Gansu,this paper provides a series of suggestions to improve the standardized operation level of farmers' professional cooperatives in Longde County,broaden the feasible channels of cooperative financing,optimize the development environment,strengthen the construction of grass-roots democracy,and increase the training of cooperative related personnel Training intensity and other development suggestions.
