Research On The Development Of Management Mode Of JZ Financial Technology Incubator

With the development of fintech in the world and the change of financial center pattern,China began to promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation and put forward the concept of building a financial center in the west.JZ incubator,as the first state-backed incubator with fintech as its core,should take advantage of the trend to develop rapidly.However,due to the lack of professional ability of incubation,single and backward incubation mode and other reasons,JZ incubator is slow in development.Meanwhile,JZ incubator is also facing the threat of market competitors with their own advantages,so it is urgent to reform the incubator management system,so as to achieve the development goal of creating a fintech industry ecosystem with full life cycle.Firstly,through theoretical research on incubators and fintech,combined with the actual development situation of domestic enterprises,this paper finds out the common problems faced by fintech small and micro enterprises in the development stage.Secondly through porter five strategic analysis tools such as model,the STP theory,combined with the small micro enterprise financial technology demand,from the perspective of external competitive environment and market choice,JZ incubator status quo analysis of elements of deconstruction and the management pattern,draw JZ incubator present organizational structure and human resources configuration does not match,lack of the support system is not perfect,incubation function problems such as the conclusion.Then incubator for the market demand,JZ's own management model,combined with domestic and foreign advanced management mode of incubator operational experience,put forward "informal partner" management mode,in the form of "not in",set up in the administrative system,supporting system and incubation service system for the three core system JZ incubator management mode,through the project evaluation to ensure the high quality industrial environment,through the resources assigned to platform to provide the resources needed to enterprise development,through community management improve enterprise innovation ability.Finally,Suggestions are given on the development strategy of JZ incubator management mode from three aspects,such as talent management,information management and resource connection mode,and supplementary opinions are put forward on the implementation of the development strategy.
