Research On Strategic M&A And Its Synergistic Effect Of FOSUN

With the world's round after round of mergers and acquisitions boom,Chinese enterprises have adopted mergers and acquisitions to seek a broader development path.Among them,strategic mergers and acquisitions is better than financial mergers and acquisitions in many aspects.The realization of synergetic effect is the source power for enterprises to carry out strategic mergers and acquisitions.Therefore,this paper evaluates strategic mergers and acquisitions from the perspective of synergetic effect.FOSUN plays an obvious strategic driving role in the whole field of mergers and acquisitions,with many times of mergers and acquisitions,a wide range and a large amount of money.In addition,FOSUN is one of the enterprises with the fastest development in the comprehensive industry in recent years,and it is a typical case of strategic mergers and acquisitions.Therefore,this paper chooses FOSUN as the research object.This paper uses qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze FOSUN international's strategic mergers and acquisitions.Firstly,the mergers and acquisitions activities of FOSUN are analyzed from the perspective of strategy and synergetic effect.Then analysis the synergetic effect of the strategic mergers and acquisitions of FOSUN from the measurement and test.According to the results of research,it is found that FOSUN has a strong systematization and rationality from the formulation of strategy to the implementation and then to the realization.Its synergistic effect is generally good,and most of its capabilities have been improved.At last,based on the synergy effect of strategic merger and acquisition of FOSUN,this paper draws inspiration,and puts forward some aspects that other enterprises can learn from and refer to from the strategic level and the post-merger integration level.
