| Founded on November 19,2011,Gansu bank is the only provincial legal person joint-stock commercial bank directly managed by Gansu provincial government.The Bank of Gansu is approved by the China Banking Regulatory Commission,and is formed by the merger and reorganization of the former Pingliang commercial bank and Baiyin commercial bank and the joint establishment of other promoters.This paper summarizes the definition and connotation of financial diagnosis,and selects the diagnosis method suitable for the actual situation of Gansu bank.Through the collection of 2014-2018 related data of Gansu bank's public financial statements,this paper studies and analyzes the consolidation and financial management status of Gansu bank.By using PEST analysis method,this paper analyzes the operating environment of Gansu bank.Comparing with five banks in the same industry,this paper analyzes the accounting policies of Gansu bank,and diagnoses the financial statements at the same time.After the analysis of financial statements,the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of Gansu bank based on factor analysis.Through the above financial diagnosis methods,find out the problems and risks in the financial management of Gansu bank,analyze the root causes of the problems and risks,and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions,promote the company to optimize resource allocation,resolve financial risks,and lay a foundation for the long-term and healthy development of the company.This paper analyzes the financial situation of Gansu bank,finds out the financial deficiencies of Gansu bank compared with other kinds of commercial banks,and puts forward targeted suggestions for business operation and development,hoping to enhance its market competitiveness and improve the level of financial management.At the same time,the case study of Gansu bank provides experience and reference for other city commercial banks in Western China. |
