Research On Financial Innovative Products Of Intellectual Property Capitalization

The lessons of the "ZHONGXING Communication" incident two years ago show that in the development of digital economy represented by the operation of high-tech enterprises,China's risk prevention and control mechanism needs to be strengthened urgently,from a micro perspective,intellectual property protection is a key management means for individual enterprises to continue their technological life,from a macro perspective,If we can start with the capitalization management of intellectual property rights and construct a new risk prevention and control tool by means of science and technology and finance,we will form a new safeguard effect for the future growth of high-tech enterprises in China.The management design of the underlying option contract tries to make an exploration and attempt to find a "shared tool" for risk prevention and control in the development of China's high-tech industry through the innovative way of financial products.Intellectual property capitalization is an effective means to ensure the rational development and utilization of intellectual resources,expand the application space of science and technology and enhance the ability of independent innovation,especially in the process of promoting economic transformation.On the basis of paying full attention to and making use of intellectual property,the capitalization of intellectual property transforms intellectual property from product elements to investment elements,evaluates its value,takes intellectual property as an element input,participates in the process of production and operation,and quantifies it as capital and value-added.Therefore,with the economic globalization,the capitalization of intellectual property and the development of intellectual property system will become an inevitable trend.This paper focuses on the financial product research of intellectual property capitalization,analyzes the current situation of intellectual property capitalization in China,and discusses how to design a financial product suitable for intellectual property capitalization in China.Compared with domestic,foreign intellectual property capitalization experience is relatively rich.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the United States and Japan,this paper concludes the experience of clarifying the value evaluation of intellectual property rights,breaking the restrictions of the system and technology,improving the financing institutions and financing platforms,and clarifying the role of the government.At the same time,this paper analyzes the current situation of intellectual property capitalization in China from the perspective of operation pilot and financial products.The financial products of intellectual property capitalization in China mainly include intellectual property pledge financing,intellectual property securitization and intellectual property trust.However,due to the lack of liquidity and the failure to play the decisive role of the market in resource allocation,a benign circulation system has not been formed,which limits the rapid growth of intellectual property pledge financing scale and intellectual property transaction volume.Therefore,the author believes that it is an important strategic issue to design a financial innovation product with more flexible product mechanism and better income risk,and try to improve the financial product model of intellectual property capitalization.This paper designs the intellectual property option fund in Nanshan District of Shenzhen City,trying to improve the financial product model of intellectual property capitalization.Its nature belongs to the option fund,"option fee" is represented by the existing intellectual property management services of the district government and the service innovation portfolio of the fund,"the subject matter of option exercise" includes two parts of equity and income right,and the way for the fund to obtain income mainly comes from patent(Technology)investment and enterprise equity investment.To build a new mechanism of "socialized management-market financing-enterprise operation" for intellectual property,in order to provide useful guidance for the financial products of intellectual property capitalization,and finally form a new breakthrough of scientific and technological financial management mechanism with no dead corner of legal protection,low cost and high coverage of government management,and well matched social benefits and investment risk control.
