The diffusion of technological innovation can spread the achievements of technological innovation to other enterprises or social organizations,which will have a positive impact on improving the technological level and social and economic growth of the whole region.As a special region,the high-tech Industrial Development Zone has its own unique business mode and technical basis.Therefore,it is an important theoretical and practical proposition to study the diffusion of technological innovation in high-tech zones to promote the rapid development of regional technology and economyFirst of all,this paper systematically expounds the relevant concepts and theories of technological innovation diffusion,and then analyzes the power of technological innovation diffusion in high-tech zones.The diffusion system of technological innovation in the park is divided into four elements:diffusion subject,diffusion acceptor,diffusion object and diffusion environment.Secondly,comprehensively and systematically analyze the impact of these four elements on the diffusion of technological innovation in high-tech zones.Based on this,nine indexes are selected to construct the index system of technological innovation diffusion index of high-tech zone.In the process of constructing the index system,the intensity of financial investment in science and technology and the number of units with R&D activities are innovatively taken as the index to reflect the environmental impact of diffusion.Finally,Taking Shijiazhuang high tech Zone as the empirical research object.Using the relevant data in China Torch statistical yearbook and Shijiazhuang statistical yearbook.The principal component analysis method is used to calculate the technology innovation diffusion index of Shijiazhuang high tech Zone in 2008-2017.And through the entropy method to determine the index system of greater weightThe results show that the technology innovation diffusion index of Shijiazhuang hlgh tech Zone is on the rise.The output factor is the first principal component and the input factor is the second principal component.Due to the slow growth of the index in 2014-2017,entropy method is used to determine the weight of new product output ratio,R&D personnel ratio,the number of new product development projects and the intensity of financial investment in science and technology.According to the research results,the main problems of Shijiazhuang hl tech Zone in the diffusion of technological innovation are:lack of scientific research talents,weak research and development of new products,insufficient R&D investment,imperfect policy and system,and imperfect technology intermediary market function.Then,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the diffusion of technological innovation in Shijiazhuang high tech Zone.
