Research On The Development Of Urban Industry In Wuhou District Of Chengdu Under The New Situation

From the perspective of industrialization development level,Chengdu is roughly in the mid-to-late transition period.With the acceleration of urbanization,the development of the industrial economy in the central urban area is facing many challenges in industry,transportation,and ecology.The central urban area has accelerated its transition to a service economy,and labor-intensive,resource-intensive and other general manufacturing enterprises have moved out.In this context,relying on the advantages of resources such as metropolitan science and technology,talents and location,developing environmentally friendly,high-tech,and high-efficiency urban industries which is suitable for urban development is the primary choice for sustainable and high-quality development in the central urban area.Therefore,this article starts with the research of industrial economy in Wuhou District,Chengdu,and discusses the feasibility of its development of urban industry.This article is divided into five parts.First,it analyzes the new situation of industrial development from global,domestic,Chengdu to Wuhou District,and introduces the research background of the article.Second,it briefly introduces the relevant theories of urban industry,including the concept,characteristics,varieties,significance and the developing trend of urban industry.At the same time,through the methods of data collation,comparative analysis and summary,it elaborates the development model of urban industry of domestic and overseas,then analyzes the advanced experience or failed experience in urban industry development.On this basis,the laws of development of domestic and foreign urban industries are summarized,which lays a theoretical and practical basis for the later study of the development ideas and countermeasures of urban industries in Wuhou District.Additionally,data analysis,structural analysis and other methods are used to analyze the current status of urban industry development in Wuhou District,Chengdu.Through SWOT-PEST model analysis,it obtains the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of urban industry in Wuhou District.On this basis,it discusses the development strategy of the urban industry in Wuhou District.Finally,it puts forward the development ideas and strategies and the countermeasures for the development of urban industry in Wuhou District,from the industrial structure,space utilization,enterprise structure,talents,scientific and technological achievements transformation,intellectual property rights,government affairs environment to supporting environment.This article focuses on the actual development needs of the urban industry in Wuhou District,and strives to make the research conclusions more practical and executable,with a view to help the development of urban industry in Wuhou District and the construction of urban industries in other cities in China.
