| As the foundation of commercial banks,customers are the important resources for banks to compete.With the increasing homogenization of products among banks,the product differentiation is becoming smaller and smaller,and the competition mode has also changed dramatically,from product demand to service demand.This puts forward higher requirements for the differentiation and refinement of banking services.There are different requirements between customers,and the corresponding bank management and service methods will be different.Therefore,according to the different needs of customers,banks should more accurately adapt their products and services,that is,to carry out customer hierarchical management,in order to improve customer service satisfaction and bank management efficiency.According to the attributes of customers,commercial banks divide customers into retail customers and corporate customers,and implement their own hierarchical and classified management.Retail customers refer to individual customers;corporate customers refer to corporate enterprises.Retail customers and corporate customers,as the basis of commercial banks’ survival,are very important to commercial banks.This paper focuses on the research of corporate customers.As a joint-stock commercial bank,under the influence of the external environment of financial regulatory policy reform,Internet company financialization,interest rate marketization,big data,artificial intelligence and other rapid development of financial technology,bank a has produced such problems as the rising cost of debt business,the aggravation of deposit diversion,and the narrowing of net interest margin.Facing the pressure of external environment and the reality of product homogeneity,bank a is forced to rely on the existing competitive advantages,seek transformation and development,and achieve the ultimate in public customer service.Based on the theory of layered management of corporate customers,this paper analyzes the strategy,application and advantages and disadvantages of Bank A’s layered management of corporate customers.Through the analysis of the formation of a relatively reasonable classification standard for public customers,and design products and services for the corresponding hierarchical customers,to form an effective customer management system,so as to optimize the allocation of resources and improve the efficiency of bank management.Therefore,the research of this paper provides reference for enhancing the stickiness between banks and corporate customers,optimizing the adaptation of products and services,and solving the practical problems faced by commercial banks in China. |
