In recent years,to cope with the new situation and new changes in the development of market economy,market subjects have to strengthen clients relationship management when the market is getting more and more competitive.GTJA securities of Shanxi branch has successively reformed and optimized the institutional clients relationship management for several times,and established the institutional clients management system that is basically suitable for the development of the securities industry.This has laid a solid foundation for the layout and development of GTJA securities in Shanxi.However,with the development of social economy,policy changes,the progress of a healthy market economy system,there is a gap between the reality and the ideal state in institutional clients management of Shanxi branch.So it is imperative to further the reform of institutional clients management.Facing the new task,the clients' management need to be reformed further so as to help the company develop in a healthy and sustainable way.This paper systematically sorts out the concepts of clients relationship management,as well as the functions and objectives of clients relationship management,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the in-depth elaboration of the institutional clients management of GTJA securities Shanxi branch.By analyzing of its problems and causes,we can come up with the scientific and reasonable suggestions.This paper makes full use of comparative research methods,by which we can clearly learn the company's advantage of institutional client's relationship management,in the aspects of prominent brand advantages,high quality of employees,strict risk management system and the wide range of institutional business.By using case study,we get that clients orientation is not clear,the clients classification methods are backward and there are problems in institutional clients service management.So it is urgent to strengthen institutions clients care services and improve the performance of institutional clients' service.With the institutional clients relationship management scheme,the categories of institutional clients,the attributes of institutional clients,the institutional clients service process,the continuous construction of information technology,the role of the PB system,and the use of the timely clients service system of the GTJA Link system,we will comprehensively optimize the institutional clientsrelationship management of the Shanxi branch of GTJA securities.
