Research On The Spatial Diffusion And Influencing Factors Of Hu Spicy Soup Industry In Xiaoyao Town, Xihua County, Henan Province

The issue of spatial diffusion has always been a hotspot of academic research in regional economics and economic geography.The catering industry in one region is an integral part of the business and service industry in the region.Studying the spatial diffusion of the catering industry can not only expand regional economics,the research on it's location selection of the catering industry can also provide corresponding theoretical basis for the optimization of the catering industry's spatial layout,thereby pointing out the characteristics of the spatial distribution of catering enterprises at different stages,and predicting the spatial development trend of the catering industry to a certain extent.It can also reflect the process of urbanization and the spatial diffusion of business services.With the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,more and more people have begun to pay attention to the snack industry with local characteristics.Among them,the local cuisine of Henan Province,Xiaoyao Town hot pepper soup,has a history of more than 100 years.However,it has been constrained and has not formed a large scale in the country.This article selects Xiaoyao Town hot pepper soup industry object,combing data collected from the National Enterprise Information Credit System,China Statistical Yearbook and field surveys,using ArcGIS to visualize the data,and nuclear density analysis to study Xiaoyao Town hot pepper soup industry space.We presented the current status of distribution and the characteristics of its spatial evolution,and summarized the spatial diffusion patterns and characteristics of Xiaoyao Town hot pepper soup industry in Xiaoyao Town.This was,compared with the characteristics of the spatial distribution of large-scale restaurant industry.The reswearch then summarized the problems of space diffusion,and puting forward corresponding suggestions.Research shows that the Xiaoyao Town hot pepper soup industry is mainly concentrated in Henan Province.The characteristics of industrial spatial diffusion in the country are local agglomeration and multi-point dispersion.The mode of spatial diffusion is a mixture of contact diffusion and jumping diffusion.Based on the changes in the number of the stores of Xiaoyao Town hot pepper soup in Xiaoyao Town,Henan Province,and qualitative and quantitative analysis of the factors affecting the spatial spread of Xiaoyao Town hot pepper soup industry in Xiaoyao Town,it was found that the spread of stores was affected by per capita disposable income,urbanization rate,and business services.Finally,according to the analysis of the article,the problems in the development and proliferation of Xiaoyao Town hot pepper soup industry in Xiaoyao Town are pointed out,and corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed.
