Poverty eradication is an important part of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and it is also a key issue that the Chinese government has been focusing on in recent years.Since the reform and opening up,the cause of poverty alleviation in China has experienced many explorations and institutional changes.Among them,tourism development,as one of the important ways to tackle poverty alleviation,is currently generally recognized as the best way to effectively eliminate poverty.In today’s social development,tourism is becoming a booster to eliminate poverty and create employment,which plays a great role in promoting the local economy,and can significantly promote the economic income level of the local poor.Tourism poverty alleviation has become a new way of poverty alleviation.Therefore,it has gradually attracted wide attention from all walks of life and become a hot topic in the international academic community.This research always adheres to the combination of theory and practice.By referring to the relevant literature,summarizing the relevant literature at home and abroad,including the key content of poverty alleviation through tourism and building a well-off society in an all-round way,combing the previous research results,obtaining the concept and theoretical support related to poverty alleviation through tourism,so as to clarify the object of this study and the basic theory.This paper takes Ping shan County of Hebei Province as the research object,collects and consults relevant data,and understands the current situation of tourism poverty alleviation development in Ping shan County of Hebei Province.Pingshan is a national poverty-stricken county and a key county of national poverty alleviation and development work.At the same time,Ping shan also has rich tourism resources,and has great potential to promote tourism poverty alleviation according to local conditions.Therefore,Pingshan County is regarded as a typical research area.Ping shan County is located in the Tai hang Mountain Area in the west of Shijiazhuang City,known as "eight mountains,one water and one field".The mountains block the communication with the outside world and retain the original "green mountains and waters" here.As a major tourism County in Hebei Province,Ping shan County has many scenic spotsand other kinds of scenic spots,with Xibaipo as the representative of numerous red relics,rich types of natural landscapes and hundreds of cultural relics and historic sites.There are 11 4A level scenic spots in the county,which is the largest number of 4A level scenic spots in Hebei Province.This paper focuses on the practice of tourism poverty alleviation in Pingshan County,and takes income distribution theory,common prosperity theory and sustainable tourism theory as the theoretical basis to provide theoretical basis for the study of tourism poverty alleviation in Ping shan County.Through the investigation,we have a comprehensive grasp of the current situation of tourism scenic spots,tourism development and tourism poverty alleviation in Ping shan County,Hebei Province.According to the case analysis and qualitative research of Ping shan County,combined with the characteristics of rich local tourism resources and high poverty rate,we have made in-depth analysis of the situation including economic and social,poverty situation and tourism poverty alleviation.In the development of tourism poverty alleviation projects in Ping shan County,tourism as a leading enterprise is of great significance to the promotion of local income.The economic income and job opportunities obtained by local residents in the tourism industry are also the direct and micro important embodiment of the effect of tourism poverty alleviation and development.According to the survey data,it also reflects that the development of tourism poverty alleviation project in Ping shan County has effectively promoted the development of local economic level,making tourism industry as the pillar industry of local economic development.With the gradual improvement of future poverty alleviation projects,more foreign investment will be attracted and the income of local residents will be greatly increased.Through this survey,it is found that the tourism poverty alleviation in Ping shan County is still in the initial stage of development,and has made considerable achievements in some aspects,which has a positive impact on the development of the local economic level,but there are still some problems that are particularly detrimental to the realization of the tourism poverty alleviation and development goals:First,the ideological awareness of the poor needs to be improved.Ping shan County is a big county of tourism resources,but from the actual investigation,most of the residents in Ping shan County are lack of understanding and attention to the development of tourist attractions,and some of them are still in a neutral position and have a "spectator" mentality.However,most of the poor people are at a loss about how to generate income.For the rising tourism industry,they can only rely on parking fees and creating small workshops like farmhouses to increase their income.The poor people fail to fully enjoy the results of tourism poverty alleviation,which seriously affects the process of tourism poverty alleviation.Second,the participation and benefits of the poor are insufficient.In the tourism poverty alleviation of Pingshan County,most of the people benefit from small-scale agritainment and the sale of agricultural and sideline products.The proportion of people who participate in the development of tourism projects,land circulation and operational dividend income of tourism industry is relatively small.The poor people can’t get the expected economic benefits if they only participate in the development of scenic spots as laborers,which further affects the initiative of participating in the development of tourism poverty alleviation projects,resulting in the poor effect is not obvious.Fourth,the core competitiveness of tourism poverty alleviation products is weak."Characteristic" is the soul of developing tourism products,and also the foundation of realizing tourism development.As far as the development and construction of tourist attractions in Ping shan County is concerned,there are still some problems such as blind imitation and repetitive construction,which lead to many misunderstandings and minefields in the development of tourist products.Tourist products do not have characteristics,and there are more deliberate traces of artificial decoration.It shows that the tourism products such as catering and entertainment,tourism town,farmhouse and so on are all the same,and the scenic spot lacks in-depth development.This convergence may lead to vicious competition between adjacent regions,which is not conducive to the development of tourism poverty alleviation industry.Fifthly,the number of tourism poverty alleviation employment is limited and lack of professional tourism poverty alleviation industry planning and management talents.The lackof talents for poverty alleviation through tourism is one of the key factors affecting poverty alleviation through tourism.The development of tourism poverty alleviation needs a group of high-quality talents who understand management and planning.At present,70% of the relevant personnel engaged in tourism in Pingshan County have not received professional skills training related to tourism,and there is no systematic thinking on the development and operation of tourism projects.In today’s environment,the lack of professional talents and talents technology restricts the development of tourism poverty alleviation in Pingshan County to a certain extent.In addition,the lack of trust in government behavior has also greatly restricted the development of tourism poverty alleviation.Ping shan County is only a miniature of tourism poverty alleviation in Hebei Province.Through this survey,we can preliminarily confirm the feasibility of tourism poverty alleviation to help out of poverty.Based on the investigation of tourism poverty alleviation in Ping shan County,this paper puts forward the problems existing in tourism poverty alleviation in Ping shan County,such as the poor people’s ideological awareness needs to be improved,the poor people’s participation and benefits are insufficient,the number of tourism employment is limited,the core competitiveness of tourism poverty alleviation products is weak,and the lack of professional tourism poverty alleviation industry planning and management talents Policy recommendations.For example,it is necessary to build a development model suitable for poverty alleviation through tourism,establish a guarantee system for poverty alleviation through tourism,improve the construction of surrounding supporting facilities,develop tourism circular economy,increase the employment of residents,excavate special tourism products,take the road of regional tourism cooperation and attach importance to training professional tourism poverty alleviation talents.Starting from the poverty alleviation through tourism,this paper considers,summarizes and summarizes the county economy,tourism resources,traffic conditions,industrial structure,labor force distribution,policy planning,history and culture,hoping to make new discoveries and reflections,provide a meager and meaningful reference for the local development of Pingshan County in Hebei Province,promote the poverty alleviation through tourism development andpromote the local development From simple and extensive tourism to global tourism pattern,so as to promote the
