With the growing number of international and domestic start-ups,start-ups have gradually become the mainstream of economic innovation and development.Accurately assessing the value of venture company is related to the growth and development of enterprises.The market value of veture company is influenced by their own performance and industry environment.Rational estimation of the market value of venture company has become a research hotspot in the field of investment.This thesis takes CN company as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the main factors which influence the market value of CN company including industry competition,industry environment,team and technology,product development,marketing and so on.Each factor index is empowered,and the comprehensive score is obtained as the correction coefficient of enterprise valuation.Secondly,the thesis systematically introduces the enterprise valuation theory and valuation methods,and compares the applicable objects and limitations of each valuation method.Then,the Comparable Company method and the Free Cash Flow Discount method axe selected to evaluate the market value of CN company.The market value calculated by the Comparable Company method reflects the historical performance level of CN company.It is found that the market value of high-tech start-ups is influenced by many factors,such as entrepreneurial team,technology level,customers,product marketing and industrial policy,etc.The Free Cash Flow method,which considers the future income and time cost,is relatively objective and reasonable,and is more acceptable to the market.This thesis evaluates the market value of the venture company from the perspective of both the venture company and the investor.The results can provide a reference for the valuation of the high-tech venture company.
