Research On CPPI Investment Strategy Of Private Equity Of Z Company Based On Limited Partnership

Exploring the intrinsic mechanism between limited partnership and CPPI investment strategy is significant for the formulation of private equity investment strategy and its improvement.Combined with China's current economic situation and the challenges in the private equity market,it has become the key factor to determining the success of the enterprise that how to effectively screen investment projects and make profit after exiting the market,especially in the historical background of the uncertainty of the external environment and the entry into the new normal of the internal market environment.This paper constructs a CPPI investment strategy based on limited partnership from a dynamic perspective,and uses Z company as an example to clarify the adjustment and optimization path of investment strategy.Specifically,the detail shows as follows:1.Linking the organizational form of private equity investment with its investment strategy,clarifying the dynamic relationship between limited partnership and CPPI investment strategy,optimizing and adjusting the traditional CPPI strategy based on the impact of the investment environment,so that the key parameters such as the bottom line value and risk multiply can be adjusted in time according to the judgment of the general partner.At the same time,the easy-to-operate nature of CPPI also enables limited partners to supervise the general partners better,thus the problem of internal governance inefficiency caused by the inherent dual principal-agent relationship in environmental limited partnerships.At the same time,the investment environment has an impact on the limited partnership and investment strategy,so that the latter can be flexibly adjusted according to market changes,so as to feedback investment information in a better way.2.Taking a typical limited partnership company named Z company's investment plan as an example to analyze its operation status and case content,clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the existing investment strategy,and comprehensively analyze the investment strategy of Z company by using the SWOT analysis,that is to engage the comparative analysis both of the advantages and disadvantages from its internal ownership and the opportunities and threats in the outside of Z Company,and lay the foundation for the optimization of its investment strategy and the implementation of the investment structure of this paper.3.Applying the CPPI investment strategy based on limited partnership to the optimization and improvement process of Z company's investment plan,combined with the existing characteristics of its investment plan,targeted optimization and improvement,which is mainly reflected in the introduction of a CPPI investment strategy with variable key parameters,and the adjustment of the original limited partnership system,relaxing its restrictions on the investment behavior of the general partner,so as to improve the enthusiasm of the latter while ensuring the efficiency of supervision.At the same time,in order to investigate the implementation effect of investment strategy,this paper constructs the investment performance evaluation rules,and evaluates the investment strategy in stages from qualitative and quantitative aspects,in order to ensure the significant improvement of investment efficiency on the basis of local optimization.Traditional research is mainly based on the research of limited partnership or CPPI investment strategy,and rarely conduct investment research on the relationship between the two.Different from traditional research,the research in this paper puts the above two under a unified research framework to determine its internal consistency and investment strategy.From this perspective,the investment strategy structure of this paper has important reference significance for the improvement of corporate investment strategy and the adjustment of investment strategy.
