In recent years, online shopping has been brought about by the universal use of Internet. Many companies have joined e-commerce,which has largely boosted the rapid growth of online shopping, and many enterprises have gained profitable returns;however, when enterprises want to go further, they realize that they are facing a choke point about logistics distribution of e-commerce.With the gradual increasing requirements of online shopping experience, offering a safe, fast and cheap logistics distribution is becoming extremely important. The "last mile" of delivering goods is the only part of the online shopping that can be brought into direct contact with the customer;therefore, the "last mile" distribution may straightly affect customers' satisfaction with the service and the possibility of them returning to buy items. In this case, the "last mile" distribution is particularly important to enterprises as well as customers. This dissertation is based on the background of college students being the major force of online shopping in China.First of all,it sorts out the basic theories of online shopping and the "last mile" distribution, then comes the analysis of the present distribution pattern in high school campuses, combined with the actual situation, which is presented by a list of f five typical online shopping "last mile" distribution models in universities with detailed explanations made through comparative analysis.Taking the customers' satisfaction as the major evaluation,it sums up the previous researches related, then sets evaluating indicators and builds evaluating system, which includes 5 indicators of first class and 14 indicators of second class.Taking an example of the Zhongguancun campus of Beijing Institute of Technology, this thesis evaluates and ranks the five "last kilometer" distribution models with the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method and finally results in an analysis and a summary of each model, for the enterprises' and the universities' reference.
