With the constant elevation of the management levels of domestic enterprises,employee incentive has become an extremely important work content in the enterprise management.Among the various kinds of incentive measures,the use of equity distribution for conducting incentives is the most core and most important method.In recent years,enterprises have attached increasingly greater importance to the roles of equity incentives,and the equity has been more commonly used in domestic enterprises;meanwhile the problems and contradictions caused by equity incentives have also been on the rise,and the equity incentive work has become an issue that must be focused on and considered in the enterprise management.Whether equity incentive can be effectively implemented has become an important issue that affect the enterprise development;an excellent equity incentive system can greatly boost the enterprise operational efficiency and for the stipulations of the equity incentive system,it is necessary to conduct analysis and thinking with a systematic mentality and it is necessary to stipulate the corresponding policies of equity distributions in combination with the current status of the enterprise development,which is a basic condition for the constant development and expanding of an enterprise.Founded in 2008,S Company is a domestic IT information high-tech enterprise.For years,S Company has been dedicated to the R&D of its own core technologies and,by seizing the market opportunities,it has been constantly developed and expanded.Upon completion of the reform of the shareholding system,it has been listed in the NEEQ(National Equities Exchange and Quotations).In order to inspire the new and old employees,the President of S Company plans to conduct employee incentives in the form of equity distributions so as to grant the staff members a sense of belonging through such a means and boost the morale of the employees and ensure the Company will have a long-term development,so the equity incentive has become an important work currently faced by S Company.With the implementation status of equity incentives of S Company as a practical case and through the objective description of the case of equity incentives,this Paper conducts analysis in combination with the incentive theories and had in-depth grasps and analyses of the actual situations in the process of equity incentive;it pinpoints the crucial issue in the implementation of equity incentives and conducts summaries and analyses of the revealed problems.This paper conducts an in-depth study of the modes,objectives,core tenets and significance of equity incentives and puts forward relevant proposals,optimizes the strategies and modes of equity incentives so as to better motive the employees and enable the enterprise and the staff to realize a win-win situation.
