| With the development of economy and science,technological enterprises have made remarkable achievements,and gradually become an important power of the development of national economy and social stability.Technological enterprises have made great contributions to the improvement of the total economy,the increase of employment and the increase of tax revenue.However,the policy system is not perfect,the information asymmetry in capital markets,the development of the financial system has some problems,and many other factors exist,resulting in many technological enterprises difficult to obtain sufficient financing,always facing the risk of capital shortage.This article mainly uses the method of case analysis to analyze the financing problem of a technological enterprise named VT.Firstly,this paper introduces several kinds of financing methods and their characteristics.Secondly,through the analysis of the VT ’s financial situation,financing status,problems and causes of the financing process,combined with the specific financing environment analysis,summed up the VT company financing model and the lack of financing structure.Finally,according to the financing problems of VT,this paper puts forward some suggestions on technological enterprises from aspects of enterprise and government in order to solve the financing problems of VT.The solutions can help VT company in the future development,and help to solve the financing problem of other technological enterprises in china.This paper argues that to solve the financing problems of minor technological companies in China,on the one hand,from the perspective of their own improvement need to strengthen financial management of enterprises,increase internal financing;improve enterprise credit;broaden the financing channels.On the other hand,from the perspective of the government need to improve and perfect laws and regulations,strengthen policy support;improve the securities market and corporate bond market;improve the financial system,broaden the financing channels;speeding up the construction of credit system,improve the social security system.To build a win-win financing proposals.We hope to solve the problem of financing of this company of science and technology in China and promote innovation in our country. |
