Research On IT Project Purchase Management Of Dalian R Bank

With the development of information technology,the information technology projects(hereinafter referred to as "IT" projects)scale is expanding,the areas of expertise are being refined.Compared to traditional projects,the management mode,application field,complexity of the IT projects is quite different,procurement management as a link of the IT project management plays a very important role.This paper takes the IT project procurement management system of Dalian R bank as the research object.Dalian R bank is a local commercial bank.In recent years,with the increasingly fierce competition in the banking market and the continuous upgrading of supervision requirements of the banking regulatory institutions,Dalian R bank also has been vigorously building the information management systems.However,there are still a series of problems in the procurement process of IT projects,the management process and methods need to be improved.This paper firstly introduces the research contents,methods and related concepts of IT project procurement management and the research status of IT project procurement at home and abroad.Then combined with the current IT project procurement management practice of the bank,Through the analysis of the existing problems and influencing factors in the procurement management process of the bank,taking effective measures from the aspects of supplier management,etc.Through the design of IT procurement management system to achieve the optimization of procurement management process,this paper elaborate the feasibility analysis,product research and selection,construction planning,demand analysis of IT project procurement management system,this system can effectively improve the IT project procurement management level of the bank.
