Evaluation Of Synergetic Degree Of Integrated Logistics In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

Regional economic integration is an inevitable trend of the development of modern society,that is,regions with different geographical locations can overcome the barriers between traditional regions and achieve regional economic alliance through economic exchanges and policy support.Integration of regional logistics is the important pillar to realize regional economic integration,it has been deeply integrated into the regional economic production,circulation and processing and so on each link,and the speed of logistics integration will be important influence on implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative strategy,therefore,the synergy degree of integration in Jing-Jin-Ji regional logistics research needs.Firstly,this paper studies the theories related to the synergy degree of regional logistics integration to provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation index system of the synergy degree of regional logistics integration in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Then through a clear analysis of the external environment,such as policy,culture,economy and other internal factors of regional logistics integration operation,as well as various internal factors such as infrastructure,logistics technology and equipment,logistics demand,information construction and talent training,etc.,quantifiable evaluation indexes are constructed,and uses the data envelopment analysis(DEA),two basic model in classifying evaluation index,to "input","output" as a condition of decision-making,the use of DEAP2.1 software get three regional synergistic development of regional logistics integration.According to the above calculation,the input-output data of 2018 are used for calculation,and the technical efficiency analysis,pure technical efficiency analysis,scale efficiency analysis,projection analysis and reference set analysis are obtained,and the input factor redundancy and output index shortage of the cities with DEA invalid are obtained,and the improvement is made based on this.At the same time,the efficiency value obtained from 2012-2018 data is used for collaborative trend analysis,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the problems existing in the collaborative development of logistics integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
