Research On The On The Performance Of Strategic Merge And Acquisition Of China Merchants Shekou

Since 2015,the real estate industry mergers and acquisitions,as house prices stable and related policy implementation,many real estate enterprises opens the transformation,as the change of industry policy,China Merchants Shekou's M&A,and through its distinctive internal unified integration of listed real estate plates,and after a rise in real estate stock business,further implement the business sector in the form of mergers and acquisitions independent listed indirectly,for the operation of the capital market to provide a series of textbook.In this paper,2 strategic M&A cases of Merchants Shekou are selected and studied in combination with relevant literature of strategic M&A.Firstly,the concepts of strategic M&A and M & A performance are sorted out.Secondly,it introduces both sides of merger and acquisition in the process of strategic merger and acquisition of Merchants Shekou,and elaborates the specific process of merger and acquisition.Thirdly,combined with relevant theories,the motivation and analysis of strategic MERGER and acquisition of Merchants Shekou;Finally,using the event analysis and financial index analysis of the M&A performance evaluation of Merchants Shekou to come up with relevant conclusions and inspiration.Through the case study of this paper,it is found that the strategic M&A of Merchants Shekou is mainly carried out around the change of industrial policy,and the resource integration and business segmentation of the group's real estate sector are respectively realized through the strategic M&A.The market effect of merger and acquisition is positive and effective,which brings a good stock premium to the company in the short term and realizes the wealth increase of shareholders and investors.In terms of m&a performance,China Merchants Shekou has improved its earnings and scale through strategic M&A.In terms of non-financial performance,it has also greatly improved its market performance.
